About the Technical Manager job

The purpose of your role will be to take ownership of improve the company’s Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with BRC, legal, and customer standards. You’ll lead audits, manage technical documents, drive continuous improvement, and support production teams to maintain top food safety and quality standards.

Key tasks

• Manage customer complaints and supplier issues, ensuring effective investigation and implementation of corrective actions.
• Lead internal audits and maintain compliance with food safety standards, including allergen control, and CCP monitoring.
• Maintain accurate product specifications, technical documentation, and coordinate microbiological and environmental testing to meet required standards.
• Deliver staff training on hygiene, allergens, health & safety, and induction processes to uphold high operational standards.

About You

• The successful candidate will have experience in a technical role, such as Technical Assistant or Technical Supervisor, and is ready to take the next step in their career, expanding their expertise and responsibilities.

The Technical Manager job (ref:8962) is paying £33,000 - £35,000 according to your experience.

The site is in South West London and is commutable from Victoria, Waterloo, London Bridge, Hammersmith, Earls Court, Fulham, Shepherd’s Bush and surrounding areas.

The working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm.
