About the Technical and Quality Manager job

Your role is to lead all technical and quality aspects, making sure food safety meets company standards.
You will be the BRC audit lead by following a food safety strategy, ensuring the company is always audit ready. You shall conduct risk reviews, prepare for audits, and ensure accurate documentation is always recorded.
Handle allergen and risk assessments, environmental and product testing, threat assessments and ensure new risks are addressed via HACCP.
Advise on NPD labelling, shelf life, and pack copy for new products as well as attending first productions.

About You

The successful candidate shall have strong technical and quality experience in food manufacturing, cost control, and knowledge of major customer codes of practice (e.g., Tesco, Lidl etc).
You shall be skilled in audits and certifications, with proven background in BRC, allergen management, and ideally holding or working at Level 4 Food Hygiene and HACCP.

The working week is Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:30am – 05:00pm – Staggered start and finishing times are available. Benefits include 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, Healthcare Cashback Scheme and Life Assurance x 2 salary.
