      About the NPD Account Manager job

      As NPD Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for integrating client catering strategies. This involves understanding client needs, collaborating with various teams, and driving revenue through innovation. Your focus will be on new product development (NPD) and ensuring that the company’s capabilities align with business goals. This is a multi-faceted position that combines culinary expertise, NPD, client management, and strategic thinking.

      Key tasks:

      • Building strong client relationships with key stakeholders to understand their catering preferences and strategic objectives.
      • Working closely with the account catering team and other departments (Food Development, Technical, Procurement, Supply Chain) to align capabilities with business goals.
      • Collaborating with the Account Director/Manager to deliver strategic and tactical product and service development initiatives.
      • Creating innovative catering solutions that meet client needs.
      • Organising client presentations alongside colleagues from Food Development, Sales, and Marketing.

      About You

      Ideally, you will have worked in high-end catering or luxury hospitality and possess high-level culinary skills and/or food product development experience. A strong commercial acumen along with customer facing account and project management experience are also key.

      The role is based in Berkshire, and the salary ranges from £50,000 to £60,000 per annum plus a 15% bonus, Private Medical Cover and an extensive range of benefits.

      Hybrid working (2 days working from home) but expect both long-haul (2-3 trips per year) and short-haul (once a month) travel to partnered offices.
