Quality Auditor (Part-Time)

About the Quality Auditor job
- Ensure that production standards are met and maintained for all products before they leave the site.
- Positive release of all batches using the required software programs.
- Inspect samples from the production lines to confirm acceptable quality status.
- Monitor all events on a production shift and share findings with relevant departments.
Skills & experience required for the Quality Auditor job
- Educated to a degree level in a food science or food technology subject or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience working in food or drink production in a quality assurance/technical role.
- Experience working with high-care, high-risk foods is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of food safety and food hygiene policies.
- Qualifications including HACCP, Food Safety and Food Hygiene are all highly preferred.

The Quality Auditor job is based in Essex and is paying a pro-rata, part-time salary of £14,438 (base of £12,579 plus a night shift allowance of £1,859).
This is a part-time night shift role, and the working hours will be 18 hours on week one and 24 hours on week 2.
Week One: Wednesday to Friday, 6 pm – 12 am.
Week Two: Wednesday to Saturday, 6 pm – 12 am.
