      Food Auditing Administrator

      £24,000 - £27,500 Location: Leicestershire Product: Food Auditing Ref: 8217

      You will be working for a self-contained business unit that delivers comprehensive auditing services to UK retailers.

      They are now looking to recruit an experienced Auditor to join and strengthen their existing dedicated technical team.

      About the Food Auditing Administrator job

      Working in the busy Client Operations Team, you will be responsible for the efficient planning of global food safety audits/consultancy for a large retail client.

      You will ensure that schedules are successfully planned and delivered and liaise with the Auditing Team, ensuring they are working at optimum capacity and cost-effectively. Your success will be measured on these metrics, and KPIs defined in the Client’s Service Level Agreement.

      Key tasks:

      • Fully understand the Client audit schedule and scheduling rules/requirements.
      • Allocate work to the Auditing Team based on competence, availability, location, and client priorities as required, ensuring completion in a timely, cost-effective manner.
      • Ensure Auditor itineraries and travel arrangements are provided on time, including diary management and UK and overseas travel arrangements.
      • Provide regular updates to the Operational Account Manager of programme schedule changes and delivery progress.
      • Update and maintain accurate records using the appropriate business systems, applications, and databases, including Dynamics 365 and the Client’s own audit portal.
      • Act as the initial escalation point for any Client queries in a polite and professional manner, ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with promptly and are satisfactorily resolved.
      • Build and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders in the office and Auditing Team, to maximise the delivery of work in an efficient and competent manner.

      Skills & experience required for the Food Auditing Administrator job

      • Good administration experience.
      • Experience working in the food manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
      • IT literate and knowledge of Dynamics 365 would be advantageous.
      • Fantastic organisation skills with the ability to multi-task.

      The Food Auditing Administrator job is based in the Leicestershire/Northamptonshire region and is paying £24,000 - £27,500 according to your experience.

      The working hours are Monday - Friday, office hours.
