      We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. b3 jobs is a food manufacturing industry specialist recruiter covering the whole of the UK and also overseas, based from our office in Heathfield.

      About the job

      Due to continued growth and expansion, we are now looking to recruit an additional member for our team, where you will be responsible for running your own ‘warm’ desk whilst continually building on new and existing client relationships.

      Your main duties will entail screening and interviewing candidates, prospecting for business, taking on jobs, arranging interviews, maintaining our database and of course making an equal share of the tea!

      The majority of our work is office-based via email and telephone – although we are currently working remotely from home, we are hoping to be back in the office very soon on part home / part office-based hours.

      Under normal circumstances, there will also be opportunities to get out and about to visit our clients, so excellent telephone and face to face communication skills are essential.

      About you

      All levels of experience will be given due consideration. You may already be a Recruitment Consultant (a background working with food manufacturing is a huge plus) or working within a sales role and looking for a change.

      You may also have a strong customer service and administration background and be looking to develop a career where the more you put in, the more that you are financially rewarded.

      To be considered for this role you must be literate, numerate and self-motivated with good IT / databasing skills.

      You will have the ability to organise and prioritise work as well as being able to multi-task in a busy environment.

      In addition, you will be professional, have an excellent telephone manner and be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
