Customer Technical Managerup to £40,000 Location: South Wales Product: Chilled Ref: 61991

Your job, as Customer Technical Manager, is to assist with delivering the food safety and quality requirements of the customer to the technical and wider functions within the site.
Using your technical expertise, you will build and develop relationships with customers, assist with customer visits and audits and support post-visit actions, maintain a productive and supportive team within the factory, assist with new customer COP and carry out gap analysis, review product quality to ensure production meets requirements and support customer complaints data ensuring all complaints are tracked, investigated and trended.
We are looking for a confident and dedicated individual with strong technical/QA management experience from within food manufacturing and a background of working within the meat industry is highly desirable. You will ideally be a holder of a food related degree / HND or equivalent, preferably have worked with foodservice / UK retailer customers, be an effective communicator and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The Customer Technical Manager job is based in the South Wales region and is paying up to £40,000 according to individual skills and previous experience.
