The job

This fantastic and exciting role for a Customer Technical Manager has just become available, where you will manage the day to day relationship with one of the UK’s largest retailers regarding Food Safety and Quality standards.

Due to continued growth and expansion within the UK and Ireland, this role will support the future growth and business development strategy with one of the business’ main customers.

As a key representative of the Food Safety & Quality team, this role will give you the opportunity for future growth and career development.

Operating at a strategic level, this will be a dynamic role with scope to drive and manage a wide range of customer relationship initiatives while collaborating with and supporting a high performing and effective Technical team.

Your experience

We are looking for a confident and dedicated individual with a good technical/QA track record within food manufacturing. You will have an excellent understanding of retail customers, including at least one of the ‘Big 4’ UK retailers.

Ideally educated to a degree/HND level in food science, food safety or similar discipline, you will have knowledge of audit and customer technical requirements, excellent communication and relationship-building skills plus the confidence to manage customers and key stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

A Full UK Driving Licence is also required.
