This is a challenging and rewarding role working for a long-established manufacturer. Sticking to traditional manufacturing methods, the business strives to operate as environmentally responsible as possible to produce a wide range of organic and natural products which are ever increasing In popularity.
The company is looking to grow its appeal to its existing customer base and refresh the brand to truly reflect the quality products the team produces. The company requires a passionate and talented “Brand Champion” with a strong digital skillset to extend the brand into the retail market and develop it into a strong ‘challenger brand’.
You will support the three immediate company objectives; reinvigorate, amplify and evolve the brand to reflect 21st Century consumer requirements, help create and support the launch in 2019 of a super-premium range by building on the existing heritage brand values and to develop annual online sales of £2.0M+.
You will have a strong marketing / brand development management track record working with a challenger brand or blue-chip enterprise, most preferably within the food & beverage industry. You will have experience working with website teams and e-commerce platforms, have solid SEO skills plus knowledge of Google Analytics and responding to data patterns. You will also possess first-class written communications skills, an analytical mind plus a great passion for food!
The Marketing Manager job is based in the South Central / South West region and is paying a competitive salary according to individual skills and previous experience. The working hours are Monday to Friday.
