      Trade & Customer Services Administrator

      The job

      The purpose of your role is to provide administrative support to both the direct sales and trade & export teams.

      You will manage customer orders, answer incoming email correspondence, phone calls and respond to enquiries, support the UK and export sales team to ensure the efficient and accurate development of trading relationships plus ensure all customers receive professional services and support.

      Your experience

      Strong customer service and administration skills are essential – this is a fast-paced role which requires excellent organisational ability.

      You will have solid administration, order processing or customer service related experience, most ideally within a food industry or similar business.

      You will have a confident telephone manner, be IT literate and have a flexible work approach as you will play a key role working between the two sales and trade teams.

      A driving licence is also required due to location.

      The Trade & Customer Services Administrator job is based in East Sussex and is paying a competitive salary according to individual skills and previous experience.

      The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm with 45 minutes lunch.
