      eCommerce Manager

      The job

      The eCommerce Manager will be responsible for managing the direct-to-consumer channel, developing, and delivering profitable online revenue from consumer websites, and managing the trade and practitioner websites plus providing line management to the Assistant eCommerce Manager and Website Developer.

      You will be responsible for developing and implementing website content and promotions including customer acquisition and retention activities, ensuring all site content is updated, coordinating on product launch campaigns, and informing the customer service team on marketing promotional activity.

      You will also plan and manage marketing activities including email marketing campaigns, PPC, oversee technical/SEO aspects of the website plus carry out regular reporting and analysis.

      Your experience

      Ideally educated to a degree/HND level or equivalent within marketing management, you will be an experienced eCommerce Manager with strong commercial acumen and experience in developing digital sales strategies.

      High attention to detail is essential together with strong customer focus.

      An understanding of PPC and SEO is required, and you will preferably have knowledge of Amazon Market Place and affiliate marketing programmes.

      A driving licence and own transport will also be required due to site location.

      The ECommerce Manager job is based in East Sussex and is paying a competitive salary according to individual skills and previous experience plus 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, workplace pensions, employee assistance programme and 50% discount on all staff purchases.

      The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.
