So who makes up b3 recruitment?

Alphabetically we are:

Becky Bates (Libra) - Becky joined b3 recruitment in 2003 having had several years experience within generic recruitment - there she predominantly dealt with temporary placements so she is very well organised indeed! Working on the Food Division, Becky is our most senior consultant and strengthens the team through dedication towards service and value for money. Becky is also the proud owner of a cockapoo named Alfie.

Marcus Brasier (Aries) - Marcus has an Honours Degree in Hotel and Catering Management from Oxford Brookes University where he studied for four years. Originally a chef, he subsequently moved into media sales for 7 years, rising through the ranks to the level of Group Ad Manager whilst being responsible for training a team of 70. He then became involved with recruitment and now has over nine years experience across the food, catering and media industries. Despite a very hedonistic approach to life, Marcus tries to do as little as possibly when not working but rarely succeeds. Marcus is married and has two daughters.

Stephen Bunch (Leo) - Stephen is a qualified Food Technologist having studied at London's Smithfield College of Food Technology for three years. He therefore has excellent understanding of the various roles of individuals that are required to work in mainstream manufacturing environments. Stephen also has eleven years food manufacturing recruitment experience and is a member of the Institute of Employment Consultants. Steve plays golf and is an avid kite-flyer - he is a Gooner through and through. Steve is married with one son.

Graham Burchell (Gemini) - Graham studied Psychology at Manchester University for three years before becoming involved with the publishing industry through media sales. Starting at the bottom, as all good sales people do, he worked his way up to Group Ad Manager with Miller Freeman before joining Haymarket where he spent almost three years before moving into media sales recruitment seven years ago. Graham plays football and golf and is also a life-long Gooner. He is married with two sons.

Sarah Galbraith (Cancer) - Sarah joined b3 in July 2004 having worked for over a year within the food manufacturing industry trade press on the recruitment advertising side - so she brought a large amount of industry knowledge with her! Sarah is tremendously diligent with a friendly approach to helping both candidates and clients alike within the food manufacturing industry. She also loves cats having one called Lunar and would like to star in the next Harry Potter film but hates the word ‘antsy’.

David Harper (Scorpio) - David joined us in August 2005 and comes from the realms of Marks and Spencer’s Human Resources department - he therefore has a good insight into how the major multiples work from the other side of the fence! David is a very diligent and affable person with an excellent track record in customer service as well as a good knowledge of driving through the middle of nowhere in Chile! He will also be able to fill any gaps you may have on ‘Lost’.

Lucy Palmer (Aquarius) - Lucy is our latest recruit having joined us through excellent recommendation (both ways we hope!) in January 2007. With the best set of ‘A’ Level results out of all of us and a background in sales and organisation, Lucy is a dynamic and versatile person who thrives on new challenges - she fits in well with b3 then! Lucy will also be able to tell you about the best dive sites in South East Asia being a qualified divemaster as well as a few stories that’ll keep you out of the water!
