This large sandwich manufacturer is currently looking to appoint a Stores Supervisor to work on the night shift, the main responsibilities of this role will be to monitor chill and freezer temperatures at all times ensuring that temperatures are within specified limits. You will also be responsible for the delegation of daily tasks to Stores Operatives so that all work is covered and carried out to a satisfactory standard. The ideal person for this role will have previous experience within the warehouse of a chilled manufacturer.

Your role within this large, multi-sited poultry processor will be to work closely with the line managers in order to improve health and safety awareness and to provide an effective contribution to ensuring that the company's health and safety policy is clearly understood and followed at all times. Someone with similar experience and relevant qualifications would be ideal.

Your role will be to provide analysis and support to the business in commercial decision making through detailed understanding and accurate interpretation of business results. To be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Group's financial reporting functions and processes, ensuring the systems and processes are maintained and enhanced in a complex business.

Your role will be to ensure that the shift completes the production, picking, loading and replenishment plan accurately in the time period allocated. Particular attention must be paid pick accuracy, product quality customer specification and customer loading requirements.

Your primary objective is to ensure picks are completed to the agreed picking and dispatch schedule. Ensure that all picks comply with specific customer requirement, focus on product quality, customer requirements and overall presentation of product to the customer. Ensure the warehouse performs effectively and efficiently with the resource allocated to each area of the operation.

A person with the ability to remain calm under increasing pressure is required to supervise the low-risk packing and despatch department of this blue-chip sandwich manufaturer. This person must able to plan ahead and communticate effectively with staff and will have worked in a similar environment especially with regards to pace. Shifts are: Saturday to Tuesday OR Wednesday to Saturday, 6pm until 4am.

Your role will be to ensure provision of a timely and accurate materials plan to ensure the site has sufficient raw materials on site to complete production demand, including packaging & labels. Investigate adverse variances to theoretical stock figures. Maintain and update MRP system in terms of product specifications, materials database and overwriting forecasted procurement figures for this large sandwich manufacturer.

Working on a Sunday to Thursday 5:30am to finish shift (40 hours a week), the successful candidate must be able to handle pressure, this pressure builds at the end of the shift, with the need to meet the lorry. You need to be able to forward plan for vehicles and couriers etc (couriers need booking 1 hour in advance), need to be able to organise the vehicles with pickers for the bays, etc and will need to be able to step up a gear and have your wits about you. The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role.
