Working for this small manufacturing site that forms part of a large group your role as Operations Manager will be to take total site responsibility.

You will be responsible for everything from goods in and production through to warehousing and distribution.  You will be a hands on manager who leads from the front and is capable of implementing and seeing through necessary changes in order to improve performance and profitability.

You will be involved in the recruitment and training of team members and the continual assessment of staff performance.  You will monitor budgets, labour cost and equipment efficiency and make changes where necessary. As well as setting and exceeding KPI's and adhering to GMP you will ensure that first class quality and hygiene is always maintained.

To be considered for this role you should have a strong background gained within an operational role and have a good understanding of food recipes, raw material picking, food packaging and labelling.  You will also have excellent man-management skills and be looking for a role where you can make a difference.

Working for this multi-sited ingredients processor, your role as Group Technical Manager will be to ensure that procedures and standards are adhered to in line with group systems.

This will be a hands on role with a strong emphasis on raising standards within the factories.  You will have a strong food background ideally having experience within both NPD and the laboratory.

You will be qualified to handle all elements of QA / QC within a food factory as well as having experience of dealing with customer complaints and also supplying and liasing with the major retailers. 

A driving licence is also required as you will be responsible for 2 sites that are within a 20 mile radius of each other.  Flexibility and self motivation are also required.

Your role as Operations Manager working for this growing frozen / chilled food manufacturer will be to oversee the Production Manager in leading a team of Shift Leaders covering a 24/7 operation. Via structured planning and the co-ordination of the team you will ensure that KPI’s are continuously met.

You MUST be qualified to degree level within an engineering / manufacturing / business related discipline and have a good understanding of and experience applying lean manufacturing techniques.

Working for this blue chip manufacturer you will play a key role as a senior manager hence a proven track record gained from a food manufacturing envirionment will be a pre-requisite.

Our client, a supplier of seafood are looking for a Senior Production / Operations Manager. Your role will be responsible for the running of the Production section, both day and night shifts. You will be liaising with their sister company to introduce and develop systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness between both sites.

To be considered for this role you should have experience within a similar position, be able to work flexible hours, have excellent management skills with a proven track record and you MUST have previous experience or knowledge of seafood processing.

They are currently recruiting for a well organised Operations Manager.  This is a diverse and challenging role reporting into the Operations Director.  You will be responsible for the delivering key strategic initiatives as well as managing both high and low care factory operations on a day to day basis and managing a workforce of approximately 250 people.

Working for this progressive and rapidly expanding food processor your role as Head of Procurement will be to manage the whole of the stores and purchasing function. Being a key member of the senior management team and reporting into the Unit Manager you will be responsible for a team of around 10 staff based at 3 different sites.

Desirable requirements are a CIPS Qualification, experience with Navision Procurement Solution and Microsoft Office training.
