Our client, an expanding manufacturer, is seeking a Cell Supervisor to report in to the Production Manager and be responsible for the Senior Operators.

Your role will be to ensure compliance with the production plan to deliver products in a timely fashion to costed standards in a safe working environment.  You will be continuously improving KPI's and as part of the management team you will take an active role to promote and reinfoce the vision and culture of their brand.

To be considered for this role you should have experience in man-management, be able to motivate and develop individuals and teams, and have basic food hygiene. Ideally you will have a production management qualification and have experience within a similar role.

You will take responsibility for managing the production function at our client's state of art facility.  Currently on a rotating shift basis (6-2, 2-10) we are looking for an experienced Production Manager to head up their low risk and high care continuous cooking operation.

You should have experience of a fast moving food processing business - ideally chilled, e.g. sandwich, pizza or ready meal manufacturers supplying blue chip customers.  You should also be able to demonstrate that you can operate to exacting standards with high degrees of understanding about continuous improvement and a passion for people development and food safety.
 
The ideal candidate will probably be degree educated in either an engineering or a food science discipline.  However, you must be ambitious and have strong people management skills.

Our client, an ambient manufacturer, is seeking a Packing Hall Shift Manager to report in to the Manufacturing Manager.  You will be responsible for around 50 members of the packing team and have 7 Supervisors directly reporting into you.

Your role will be to lead a team of trained and effective staff to produce their products to correct specifications including quality and cost while achieving safety and compliance requirements throughout.

Ideally you will be educated to degree level or equivalent with a couple of years experience in a similar position. You will be ambitious, C.I. focussed and be a confident decision maker.

The shifts are 6.00-14.00 and 14.00-22.00 Monday-Friday. Weekend cover will also be required during their peak times - 1 in 2 days at the weekend but an in-lieu day will be given. Our client, a multi sited food manufacturer, is seeking a Production and Materials Planner to join their team. They are currently re-structuring and so will have a vacancy for either a permanent day planner or a permanent nights planner, which is to be confirmed.

This role will be working in the supply chain department, will report to the Planning Group Leader and be responsible for managing the production plan. You will be there to ensure availability of all materials required to complete a production plan that maximises production efficiencies but that also minimises waste levels.

Working for this well-established manufacturer, your role as Planner / Stock Controller will be to ensure that material stocks are controlled for their designated area’s.  This role is Sunday to Thursday, 7.30am to 4pm

You will work closely with all departments including production, purchasing, commercial and technical.  Through close liaison with suppliers you will ensure that overall service is maintained for the customer.

By processing sales orders into the business system you will forecast and re-plan the following days production.  In order to being considered for this role, you should have advanced Excel skills, have experience in a similar position and be looking to excel in your work.

This role will be to provide management within all areas of despatch, production and the hygiene departments. This may also include working with other members of the management team. You will be managing all aspects of stock control, plus develop, implement and monitor KPI's.  You will also monitor and control the labour requirements of the department.
