Reporting to the Engineering Manager your role as Project Engineer will be to contribute effectively to the program of engineering projects for the site by assisting with the planning and execution of engineering and capital projects. You will also be responsible for managing contractors whilst on-site, monitoring and controlling asset tagging and ensuring health & safety standards and risk reduction measures are implemented and developed throughout the site.
You will have experience in leading multiple projects and achieving results through managing resources effectively and hold at least a HNC in an Engineering / Technology based discipline with AutoCAD. You will possess excellent leadership qualities, whilst being able to contact with personnel at all levels.

You will audit the maintenance tasks to ensure that they are completed by the shift teams to ensure good engineering standards are observed. Working closely with the training and HR department you will review the current training status of shift engineers to ensure the best skills available within the team To be considered for this role you will have a strong engineering background gained within the food manufacturing industry as well as qualifications to support. | |||||||||
