As I mentioned to you during a telephone conversation, my experiences of recruitment agencies in recent times has not been good. It appears that the vast majority of them lose all interest in candidates as soon as they hear that you are over 25! I am delighted to say that your organisation are a most-welcome exception to the rule and that you look at each individual candidate on merit - not age.
The speed at which my appointment was confirmed was a credit to both you and my new employers.
