	Carolyn Alsop, Recruitment Consultant since 2008 An Honours degree qualified graduate in Dance and Choreography. Carolyn waltzed her way into b3 from the world of generic permanent and temporary recruitment and has been teaching us all a few hot moves ever since! Most likely to say: Something that offends someone… she individually offended everyone in the office in her first week! Pet hates: Lying and laziness
	Becky Bates, Senior Recruitment Consultant since 2003 As one would expect of a Senior Consultant, Becky has loads of previous experience, mainly within the world of generic temporary recruitment. Originally worked in the care industry and so has come to look after all of us with great tenderness and sensitivity. Most likely to say: "I wasn't nagging, I was just asking" (according to fiance Paul) Pet hates: The dentist, rudeness & queue jumpers
	Marcus Brasier, Director since 2000 An Honours degree graduate in Hotel and Catering Management. Marcus has been a chef, sold advertising to Group Ad Manager level for Miller Freeman (now CMPi), been a sales trainer for a team of 80 and finally worked in recruitment since 1998. Least likely to say: "Can I make everyone a cup of tea?" Pet hates: Rudeness, ignorance and queues
	Stephen Bunch, Director since 2000 A qualified Food Technologist having studied at London's Smithfield College. Could have been a butcher but left for the heady world of food manufacturing recruitment advertising. He was then tempted over to recruitment consultancy in 1996 and has remained there ever since. Most likely to say: "Are we off to the pub then?" Pet hates: The foil under the lid being left on top of the margarine
	Graham Burchell, Director since 2000 An Honours degree graduate in Psychology as well as professional carpet cleaner. Graham has been a Group Ad Manager for Miller Freeman (now CMPi) and an Ad Director at Haymarket before finally entering into the world of recruitment. Most likely to say: "Chip-chip!" Pet hates: Stupidity, lack of common sense and all idiots
